My name is Nicole Roberts
I've spent the last 20 years of my career focused on helping others -- whether it was building and developing high-performing teams, developing and delivering an internal leadership program, achieving results beyond expectations to improve turnover, engagement, and hiring, or in volunteer leadership to give back to the #HRCommunity, my focus has always been on using my education and experience to leave people better than where I met them and make a lasting impact. I'm a contract faculty member of the Human Capital Institute and a contributing member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, the 3Sixty Insights Global Executive Advisory Council, and Founding Member of the HackingHR Experts Council.
